No sysadmin skills needed — everything runs from your browser. Here is the full path, from order to your first players connecting.
Memory needs depend mostly on how many resources are loaded, not just on player count. Plan for 4 Go for a server among friends on a bare framework, 8 Go for a structured 32 to 64-slot RP server, 16 Go beyond 64 players, or with a large catalogue of scripts and MLOs. A mature RP server easily loads 300 to 500 resources — that is what weighs. The Premium node option puts your instance on our higher-clocked machines, which shows directly in tick-rate stability at peak hours.
Pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer. The server is deployed automatically in under 60 seconds: you receive the connection address, your panel login, SFTP access and your MariaDB credentials. No commitment, billed monthly, cancel from your client area.
Generate your free key at keymaster.fivem.net using your server IP, then paste it into the sv_licenseKey of your server.cfg directive, straight from the panel editor. This is the only step that depends on Cfx — everything else is already configured. Remember to set sv_maxclients to the slot count you want, and sv_hostname to your server name.
ESX Legacy, QBCore, QBox, vRP and vRPex install in one click from the panel, or manually over SFTP if you start from a custom base. Your Unlimited MariaDB is already created: import the framework SQL file through phpMyAdmin, put the connection string in server.cfg, and drop your resources into the resources. FiveM artefacts (recommended ou latest) update automatically — no manual download on every build.
Start it from the panel and run everything through txAdmin : admins, scheduled restarts, bans, live performance monitoring. Share your IP and port, or point a domain at it. The live console and colour-coded logs make a misbehaving resource obvious immediately, and automatic backups protect both your database and your files.
Your framework shapes the whole server: which scripts you can run, your database, even how you recruit your team. Here is what separates them.
By far the most widespread framework in the European RP scene. Its main strength is catalogue size: almost every RP script sold or shared exists in an ESX version. Documentation and community help are abundant, which makes it the safest choice for a first server. The trade-off is its legacy architecture, which demands discipline as the resource count grows.
Newer and more modular, QBCore separates responsibilities between resources more cleanly and is easier to maintain long term. Its community is very active and its native scripts are often more polished out of the box. The right choice if you plan to write your own resources rather than assemble purchased ones.
A QBCore fork born from the need for more active maintenance and deliberate compatibility with the ox stack (ox_lib, ox_inventory, oxmysql). It keeps most of the QBCore logic while modernising the foundations. Worth it if you are starting today and want clean groundwork.
The oldest and the lightest. They use few resources and still suit a small server or a heavily customised project, but their script ecosystem has shrunk sharply against ESX and QBCore. For teams who can code.
